Goliath Technologies Announces Enhancements to Goliath Performance Monitor 11.9.2
Goliath Technologies, a leader in end-user experience monitoring and troubleshooting software for hybrid cloud environments, has announced the release of Goliath Performance Monitor 11.9.2. New features include a Citrix NetScaler Module and industry-only VMware Horizon End-User Experience Scorecard.
The new Citrix NetScaler Module adds enhanced monitoring intelligence for Citrix NetScaler (a.k.a. ADC or Application Delivery Controller), expanding the scope of Goliath’s proactive end-user experience monitoring and troubleshooting software. The module enables automatic scanning and identification of performance issues, faults, and errors taking place on the NetScaler.
Critical data is gathered and displayed in monitoring dashboards and troubleshooting views through Goliath’s intelligent Automatic Citrix Discovery and Dependency Map, enabling IT administrators to conduct contextual analysis. This functionality expedites root cause analysis and identification of performance issues in the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment. In addition, proactive alerting based on corporate or industry standards can be set to notify IT admins in advance of issues.
