Effective May 30, 2023, Frame, Nutanix ´s Desktop as a Service ( DaaS ) platform, has been acquired by LLR Partners, a leading private equity firm. As part of this acquisition, LLR Partners will be merging Frame with Dizzion, the industry leader in managed DaaS solutions. The merger will form one of the largest pure DaaS companies in the market.

In order to ensure a seamless transition and minimize disruption to Nutanix customers, Nutanix will work closely with Frame and Dizzion teams over the next few months. Their joint efforts will focus on transitioning Frame operations off Nutanix systems.
