Goliath Technologies’ proactive end user experience monitoring and management software suite ensures applications will be available for clinicians 24/7/365 at over 25 acute care hospitals. Goliath Technologies has been selected by Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) to provide Proactive End User Experience Management  designed to enable systems administrators to receive advance warning of potential end user experience issues related to their electronic health records applications.

Goliath Performance Monitor is deployed on Citrix servers running Cerner applications and will enable healthcare organizations to get near real-time performance metrics, reporting, and analysis on end user experience and application logon times.

We do over 15,000 Cerner application test launches per day.
