Citrix announces same day support with XenApp and XenDesktop for Windows Server 2016. As a part of the tight relationship between Citrix and Microsoft, Citrix has announced that they will have day one support for Windows Server 2016 with XenApp and XenDesktop.

Today’s general availability of Windows Server 2016, and Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop “Day One” support for the new OS, is the starting pistol for a whole new wave of end-user computing innovations to come from both companies.

The combined Microsoft and Citrix solution presents a massive set of technologies and innovations still in the early adoption phases by most end-customers.
