Citrix has a growing demand for their ShareFile product in the market
Citrix has announced a strong momentum for ShareFile with more than 60% revenue growth during the first half of 2014. Sterling National Bank and US Capital Partners are among the businesses that have selected ShareFile to help streamline their document workflows while complying with industry regulations.
Industry-Tailored Solutions Drive Adoption
To cater to the unique requirements of specific industries, Citrix has introduced features and services such as ShareFile Archiving for Financial Services andShareFile Virtual Data Room that help professionals collaborate while avoiding costly fines associated with failure to meet regulatory requirements. ShareFile has also enabled customers to encrypt data with their own keys since the release of StorageZones in 2012.
“While cloud-based solutions are often viewed as cost-advantage value-adds, when vendors like Citrix go deeper to offer more verticalized capabilities, the result is customer operational transformation,” said Christopher Chute, Research Director, IDC.
When private investment bank US Capital Partners needed a secure cloud portal to underwrite investments, report to investors and collaborate on mergers and acquisitions, it turned to ShareFile Virtual Data Room. “We needed a solution designed for venture capital and private equity professionals to vet highly sensitive deals and organize confidential information for bidders,” said Jeffrey Sweeney, CEO and Managing Director, US Capital Partners. “We selected ShareFile Virtual Data Room for its financial-grade security and encryption, advanced analytics and real-time notifications. Since rolling out ShareFile to employees, we have advanced advisor productivity and client relations through faster response times.”
