The Citrix Ready program helps customers identify third-party solutions that are recommended to enhance virtualization, networking and cloud computing solutions from Citrix Systems, Inc. AppStack completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix CloudPlatform™ providing confidence in joint solution compatibility.

With enterprises eagerly seeking greater efficiency for complex applications, market demand is accelerating for solutions that simplify cloud deployment. Now that it is Citrix Ready for CloudPlatform, AppStack is verified to help Citrix enterprise and service provider customers to expedite the deployment of business applications to public and private clouds.

AppStack provides a platform for enterprise application orchestration on top of Citrix CloudPlatform. Through a unique data model-driven approach, AppStack can enable any application into the cloud, from simple stacks to complex multi-tier enterprise apps, and even large-scale distributed apps such as found in today’s Big Data world. By capturing and assembling these apps in its dynamic Configuration Repository, AppStack can fully automate the provisioning of apps into cloud environments such as CloudPlatform, and also provide runtime point-and-click management of these apps through the AppStack Portal over the duration of the application lifecycle. This eliminates the need for any low-level coding or scripting as may be required by server template based solutions.
