Ceelox Inc., a subsidiary of Nicaragua Rising, announced today that its Ceelox ID® Server Edition has been verified as Citrix Ready®. The Citrix Ready program helps customers identify third-party solutions that are recommended to enhance virtualization, networking and cloud computing solutions from Citrix. Ceelox ID® Server Edition completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix® XenApp™, providing confidence in solution compatibility. Ceelox is a majority-owned operating subsidiary of Nicaragua Rising Inc.  (the “Company” or “Nicaragua”).

The Citrix Ready program makes it easy for customers to identify complementary products and solutions that can enhance Citrix environments. Customers can be confident that Ceelox ID® Server Edition has successfully passed a series of tests established by Citrix, and can be trusted to work effectively with XenApp in order to provide biometric authentication yielding increased network security and process controls.

Ceelox® has taken the Citrix way of redefining remote computing to a new level, by providing biometric authentication. The solution connects a fingerprint biometric device on a thin client or a PC to the virtual machine running in a Citrix server. Whether in application mode, desktop mode or both; CeeloxID™ client functions exactly as if it was running on an actual computer.

Furthermore, in application mode the CeeloxID™ client coupled with our ICA component is flexible enough to handle multiple instances of Citrix virtual machines connecting from multiple servers. Ceelox’ ICA component manages these CeeloxID™ client instances from the server farms as if they were a single instance and remains completely transparent to the end user.
