The Citrix Service Provider Reference Architecture presents guidance for partners in the process of designing the new generation of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) services. The reference architecture is for service providers that will be managing a multi-tenant application and desktop delivery service rather than an outsourced “IT as a Service” datacenter where the end tenant is managing their own resources.
