Although all editions can be utilized within a XenApp or XenDesktop solution, when choosing between Office 365 editions Citrix recommends a minimum of Office 365 Business Premium while Office 365 Enterprise E3 or higher is highly recommended for their broader analytics and capabilities. Historically, the most common applications delivered via Citrix XenApp is Microsoft Office for its ability to provide the user with the latest version of Office with the best user experience. With Office 365 ProPlus, the value of Citrix XenApp has not changed.
