Workspace virtualization leader RES Software has announced the rollout of the RES Software IT Store Launch Customer Program as a further commitment toward providing enterprise customers with a proven and fully automated IT store solution later this year. Currently comprised of an invitation-only group of customers, including global software company Intuit and UK-based higher education provider Kingston University, the Launch Customer Program is also recruiting additional pioneer customers to provide input and guidance for the beta version of the RES IT Store.

The Launch Customer Program members will offer feedback on key functionality to finalize the RES IT Store that is being developed in response to the rising demand for user-friendly self-service and automation efficiency. The RES IT Store will allow end-users to request access to applications, data and a wide array of IT services via a self-service technology that is supported by RES Software’s powerful and proven automation software.

A proven technology in large enterprise deployments, RES Software’s workspace virtualization platform boasts automation technology and workflow capabilities missing from solutions that focus solely on the app store interface or desktop management.
