In this video, Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), Alexander Ervik Johnsen, shows you XenDesktop 7 App Edition HDX 3D (OpenGL GPU Sharing). All apps in this demo uses OpenGL based rendering. Since this technology directly leverages the GPU video driver it doesn’t suffer from the performance limitations of GPU virtualization implementations based on API Intercept where the graphics commands have to be transferred from the user session to the session that controls the graphics processor.
