Citrix has announced that Gartner, Inc., has positioned the company in the leaders quadrant of the 2014 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Suites report. The report evaluates the Citrix XenMobile solution, a comprehensive EMM solution that delivers mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), mobile content management and enterprise-grade productivity apps on premises or in the cloud.

According to Gartner, “leaders have the highest product revenue in the EMM market, several years of proven customer implementations, customer mind share, and extensive partnerships with channel and other technology providers. They have the most complete products in the EMM market. Leaders also demonstrate commitment to the EMM market. Their companies are aligned with the trends of the EMM market. They possess product road maps, which (if executed upon) would establish continued differentiation in the market. Overall, they have a strategy that creates a high likelihood of success in this market.”

XenMobile uniquely delivers the best of MDM, MAM, enterprise-grade productivity apps, the most complete and feature rich mobile content management capabilities through Citrix ShareFile, and the most advanced mobile network control and performance through Citrix NetScaler. Over 85 percent of Citrix Mobile Platform customers are choosing integrated EMM offerings versus standalone MDM technologies as they recognize the value of a complete solution.  With XenMobile, IT can meet security and compliance needs while providing new ways for people to work better.  XenMobile is also an integral part of the industry leading mobile workspace solution, Citrix Workspace Suite, recently announced at Citrix Synergy. It is the only solution for the secure delivery and management of mobile, web, SaaS and windows apps, including email and collaboration, data and devices over any network from any cloud.

According to Sudhakar Ramarishna, Senior vice president and general manager, Enterprise and Service Provider Division at Citrix, “Citrix believe that their position in the Leaders Quadrant of the enterprise mobility management suites report by Gartner is a testament to our leadership in the space, our differentiated vision for mobile workspaces and the completeness of our EMM solution. XenMobile is the only complete EMM solution that combines market leading technologies in MDM, MAM, mobile content management and secure network gateway with the greatest breadth of enterprise-grade productivity apps in a single platform”
