Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc., today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the “Leaders” quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Web Conferencing 2010.”

Citrix Online’s real-time collaboration tools were assessed along with 14 other providers based on the ability to execute and completeness of vision. According to Gartner, “Vendors in the Leaders quadrant have achieved significant market share while demonstrating an ability to respond to customers’ needs. In October, Citrix Online announced HDFaces, a high-definition video conferencing technology for its web conferencing products that will be available the first quarter of 2011 at no additional cost. Citrix Online’s web conferencing products offer integrated audio conferencing via phone and computer with the option to upgrade to integrated toll-free audio service. International toll-free calls will be available in 2011.
