• Workload balancing: XenServer can automatically determine the best virtual server to run a VM to facilitate reducing power during off-peak work hours.
• High availability: This enables XenServer to fail over a VM to another host within a pool of virtual servers. Users of virtual desktops would experience nothing more than a short pause as their session moves to another host.
