Citrix Online Plug-in Diagnostic Tracing Facility
One of the new features introduced in the 12.0 Online Plug-in for Windows, is a Client-side Citrix Diagnostic Facility (CDF) trace mechanism. With this new addition, trace logs can be now obtained with a minimum of effort and be used by Citrix support personnel to assist customers to diagnose and troubleshoot Service Requests.
This article describes how to prepare and capture 12.0.xxx client trace logs.
